Freesportia is a free-to-play entertainment platform. There is no real-money gambling, wagering, or betting of any kind on this site, and nothing described below has any cash or monetary value.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Freesportia, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Free-to-Play Nature of the Platform

Freesportia is completely free to use. Registration is free, participation in Match Predictions and the Daily Quiz is free, and there is never any requirement or option to deposit real money. "Fan Points" are a virtual, in-platform scorekeeping mechanism only.

3. Fan Points Have No Cash Value

Fan Points cannot be purchased with real money, cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, goods, or services of monetary value, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed outside the platform. Fan Points exist solely to track in-game standing on the Leaderboard.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are permitted to use online services under the laws of your jurisdiction.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to manipulate the Leaderboard, creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Fantasy League (Coming Soon)

Our upcoming Fantasy Sports League feature will also be entirely free to play and subject to these same Terms once launched. No aspect of the Fantasy League will involve real-money entry fees, deposits, or payouts.

8. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Freesportia at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Freesportia is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
